Welcome to Year 6!
Our class teacher is Mr Tuohy, and our teaching assistant is Miss Robinson.
Year 6 is an exciting and important year where children continue to grow in confidence, independence and responsibility as they prepare for the transition to high school.
Through engaging learning opportunities, leadership experiences and memorable events, we encourage children to challenge themselves, support one another and demonstrate our school values every day.

- PE Days: Thursday & Friday
- Reading Books:
Are sent home daily with your child's reading record. Reading for at least 20 minutes each day helps children develop the skills they need to succeed across the curriculum. Strong reading habits improve vocabulary, comprehension, confidence and independence, supporting learning in every subject while opening doors to future opportunities and aspirations. Children who read regularly at home consistently make the greatest progress.
- Homework: Set on Friday, due the following Tuesday. Homework help is available on Mondays.
