‘Therefore encourage one another and build each other up, just as in fact you are doing.’
1 Thessalonians 5:11
Our curriculum is firmly rooted in Christian values, fostering a culture of mutual support, respect and growth. We believe in nurturing each child’s potential by creating a collaborative environment in which they are inspired to achieve their best and celebrate each other’s success.
Alongside our faith-based principles, our curriculum is shaped by rigorous pedagogical research and evidence-based practice, ensuring pupils are equipped with the knowledge and skills to enable them to succeed in further education and life in society.
Responsive Curriculum
Although teachers are expected to meet the demands of the National Curriculum, including knowledge content and skills, we still consider our curriculum to have ‘space’ for taking opportunities, addressing current affairs. world events and celebrations of culture, meeting identified needs or engaging the interests of particular classes within its approach.
